Return Policy

Returns

We gladly accept exchanges or returns within 14 days of the customer receiving the package.

All items must be returned in unused/unworn condition with original packaging. The customer will be responsible for all related shipping fees. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please email support@retiful.com with your name, email and order number, as well as the item name(s) of what you’d like to return. We will email you the return form and the return address.

Custom and SALE items will not be refunded.

Warranty

For wrong or damaged item, please email us a photo and we’ll gladly send you a new one! In cases like these, Retiful will pay the cost of shipping.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be processed, and your payment will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact support@retiful.com if you decide to cancel the order. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Lost Packages

Unfortunately, sometimes things get lost in transit. Retiful cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that have been correctly shipped out, both domestic and international. However, when this happens it’s obviously a bummer for both of us, so we’d love to find a reasonable compromise! Please let us know if you haven’t received your package after four weeks and we’ll look into it.
